What the full brief covers
Every brief is written out before it runs, so nobody starts from a guess. We send it over when you ask for it.
- The deliverable in full, written as the thing you end up holding rather than as a job description
- The steps the intern works through, in the order they happen
- Everything we need from you, and the point in the project we need it
- How we scope it with you before it goes live, and what you can change
The 3 things we need from you are named in it. We run everything else: matching, scoping, check-ins, chasing and handover, with a Project Manager on the managed plans.
